Gladys Pope

Gladys White Pope was born August 28, 1939 in Dothan, AL to Walter White and Mary Lee Anglin. She was married to Jake Pope and widowed. She was a very loving, caring and devoted mother and grandmother and great grandmother.

Gladys enjoyed life and loved to laugh and making others laugh. "She gave nicknames and rearranged names as she saw fit"

Gladys White Pope departed this life on Friday, January 17, 2020 at 9:00 A.M. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Walter White and Mary Lee Snell White Anglin, her son Earl Jr. White, her sisters, Eloise W. Sides, Elizabeth White Williams, Mary Jane Murphy and brother, Ezell Anglin.

Her memory will be forever cherished by her loving and devoted daughter, Connie W. (Gregory) Huff, grandchildren: Anthony M. White, Bryant J. Huff, Brandon L. Huff, Darren C. Huff and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and her extended families The Codys and The Thornells.
