Arthur Lee Jordan III

The life of Arthur Lee Jordan III began August 11, 1990, Dothan, Alabama to the union of Arthur Lee Jordan Jr. and Dorathea Weems Jordan, departing from this Earthly life into the arms of the almighty Father on Tuesday, February 25, 2025. He graduated from Houston County HIgh School in 2010. He gave his life to the Lord at an early age and began to learn how to play the guitar, utilizing his gift in several genres of music. Quartet was one of his favorite.

Arthur Lee Jordan III, affectionately known as AJ played tirelessly with and without pay and he loved what he did. The Jordan Brothers, The Sons of Joy, The Gospel Express, Brothers Together, Randy Miller and Company, and the Gospel Harmonettes are the groups that he practiced perfecting his gift on. He also shared his gift with Glory To Him Church where he served as the bass guitarist for the ministry until his death. It was a little rough in the learning stages, but "PERFECTION" takes time and AJ practiced and listened carefully when he played his guitar.

Arthur Lee Jordan III leaves behind a legacy of being one of the BEST bass players in the Wiregrass area. He is preceded in death by his father, Arthur Lee Jordan Jr., grandfather Jimmy Lee Floyd Weems and his grandmothers, Ira Lee Weems and Willie Virginia Jordan.

AJ leaves to cherish his fond and memorable moments to his loving mother, Dorathea Jordan; his brothers, Andrew Jordan and Andrae Jordan; his grandfather, Arthur Lee Jordan Sr.,;godbrothers, Antavius Reeves and Randy Miller; god sisters Rojanay Lifeherd and Kenyetta Lynn; bonus Brothers, Montez Reynolds, Jamarcus Reynolds, Trey Merritt and Cory Buggs; nephews, Kaiden and Zionne Jordan; nieces, Jaelynn and Haven Jordan; uncle, Jimmy Weems; aunts, Deborah Weems, Nita Weems, Naomi Freeman, Tarsha Garth and Ann Ashley; his TeeTee LaSandra Flowers Robinson whom he loved very dearly; very special aunt and uncle Pastor Rody and KayKay Glover; a dear friend, Jamika McCowan Edwing; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins; also his Clubhouse crew BKA as "The Extended Family," he loved all of you.
