Mr. Charles Fredrick Walker was born September 12, 1963 to Bertha and Charles Hogan in Dayton Fl, and spent most of this life between Shorterville and Dothan Al. On March 31, 2020 his well fought battle ended and he gained his wings to be with our Lord and Savior at the age of 55.

Charles is proceeded in death by (Grandmother) Bertha Jackson, (Aunt) Hester Stokes, and (Sister) Charlene Hogan.

Charles leaves behind his lovely wife Martha Walker of 39 years. He was a very loving and compassionate husband, father, and grandfather. There was never a dull moment while in his presence and he was well liked by so many. He always made you smile or laugh through the good and bad days. Charles was also a devoted member of the Gospel Travelers for 25 years.

He leaves to cherish his memories (Son) Michael (Sharon) Shackleford, (Daughters) Marketa Shackleford and Veronica (Chuck) Shackleford, (Sister) Wendy Hogan, His lovely 6 grandchildren Jaboa Shackleford, Jameel (Christina) Shackleford, Tyqueze Shackleford, Jaquez Shackleford, Jea’Nida (Tyjawon) Jackson, and Jermichael, 10 great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews, a special cousin Rosa Lee Stokes, and special friend Betty Hogan.
