Elder Foy Parks funeral service will be Saturday December 21, 2013 at North Highland Baptist Church at 1:00 P.M. where Rev. Robert L. Jones is pastor and Rev. Sammie Parks officiating. Interment will follow in Gates of Heaven Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday December 20, 2013 from 4-6 P.M. at Unity Funeral Home.
