Henry Dennis

Mr. Henry Edward Dennis was born November 22, 1962, to Janell Dennis and William H. Barber. On March 8, 2022, he passed away at the age of 59 in Ozark, Alabama. In recent years, his battle with serious medical issues showed his courage in facing life challenges with a smile. despite the pain, Henry came out a hero and stayed strong until the end. Henry will always be remembered by his devoted life partner, Shirley Kilgore. His loving children, Strange' Dennis and L'Oreal Dennis. He will be dearly missed by his siblings: Nathaniel Dennis, Joe Duncan, James Duncan, and Brenda Green. His nieces and nephews: Vincent Coleman, Michael Coleman, Sharon Barber, Felicia Dennis, Jennifer Malik, Nicole Jones, Rone' Jones, Antonio Coleman, Trenisha (Jarvaris) Sturdivant, Tyerick Jackson, Celina Thomas, Shjuanda Thomas, Trease Pride, Zachary Fulton, Rashund Green, Terica Stanley, Xavier Stanley and Michael Stanley. Henry touched the lives of so many people and will always have a special place in the hearts and minds of a host of other friends and family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Janell Dennis and William H. Barber Sr., his siblings: Leslie R. Yellets, Nettie R. Brackens, Angline Young, William H. Barber Jr., James E. Barber, Barbara Jones, Stephen Dennis and Randy Duncan. One brother-in-law: Ronald D. Jones; two sisters-in-law: Laura Stanley and Elizabeth Duncan. One nephew: Kendall Stanley and one niece: Erica Coleman.
