Merler M Davis

Mrs. Merler Mae Skipper Davis was born on February 8, 1949 in Newville Alabama to the late Clyde and Maggie Lean Skipper. She was a graduate of Carver High School in 1969. She accepted Christ at an early age where she joined Mount Sinai Baptist Church in Newville, Al. She later joined New Maranda Baptist Church in Dothan, Al.

She departed this earthly life on Monday, November 20, 2023 in the Hartford Healthcare Nursing Facility.

She was preceded in death by her husband Lester Davis; parents, Clyde and Maggie Lean Skipper; six sisters and five brothers.

SHe is survived by one brother, Jerome (Jewel) Skipper of Enterprise, Al and one sister Eunice Ann Floyd of Dothan, AL.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
