Mr. Homer Lee Jackson

Homer Lee Jackson was born August 5,1963 in Webb, AL to Willie Kay Jackson and the late Willie Mae Tiller Jackson. He was raised in Webb, AL. He attended Houston County High School and was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

Homer worked at Swedish Match for years before retiring. He was Avid Alabama fan. Homer was a loving and respected husband, father, brother, and uncle. Homer met no stranger.

Homer departed his life on Tuesday January 11,2022 at Southeast Health in Dothan, AL.     He was preceded in death by his mother Willie Mae Tiller Jackson and two brothers Danny Earl Jackson and James Earl Jackson.

He leaves to cherish his memories his father Willie Kay Jackson, his beautiful and loving wife Kathy Jackson, four children James Thomas (Annie), Lasonja Griggs (Derrick), Labresha Griggs (Sammy) and Derrick Griggs. Seven beautiful grandkids Kakaja Thomas, Christopher Thomas, Aaliyah Griggs, Morgan Riggins, Deddrick Riggins, Crimson Foster, Chayse Foster; three brothers Willie Ray Jackson, Stanley Jackson, Robert Jackson; three aunts Blondell Rivers, Annette and Jeanette, a God Daughter Lakesha Patten (Christopher) and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
