Mr. Randall Conrad Walker

Randall Conrad Walker was born on May 10, 1979, at Southeast Alabama Medical Center to the late Rev. Randolph Walker and Betty Joyce (Jackson) Walker. He was raised by his father and  mother, Bettye Nelson, who also adopted him at a young age. He joined St. Luke Baptist Church at the age of 4. During his younger days, Conrad sang in the church choir, served as an usher, and always participated in other church events. He attended Abbeville Elementary, Middle and High Schools. He marched to the beat of his own drum. He was one of the most spirited people you’d ever want to meet. If you were feeling down, the first sentence out of his mouth would pep you up. “Rad”, as we all so affectionately called him, was a talented young man. He taught himself how to cut hair in high school. He also worked various construction jobs. Above all, lawn and landscaping were his specialties. He also loved to bar-b-que. He have great love for his family and friends and never met a stranger. Conrad was called home on August 28 2021. He leaves to cherish his son, Daibreon Walker of   Headland, AL; granddaughter, Azalea Bean; mothers, Betty Joyce (Jackson) Walker and Bettye Nelson; his siblings: Byron (Temekia) Walker of Anniston, AL,      Demetrius Viverette of Tampa FL, Ebony Viverette of Tampa, FL, Natalie Lee of Tampa, FL, and Gena Govan of Louisville, AL; his grandmother, Beatrice Walker of Abbeville, AL; a special friend, Stacy Howell of Panama City, FL; seven nieces and nephews and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and classmates.
