Mr.Robert Earl Corbitt was born December 14, 1953 to the late Katie Corbitt and Clayton Thomas in Houston County, Al. He was called home on May9,2021 at the age of 67. Robert served in the US Army where he was in Airborne Unit, which he successfully acquired over 100 jumps. After a honorable discharged from the military, Robert drove semi and waste trucks for Waste Management until he became disabled. For relaxation, Robert enjoyed fishing, traveling to Biloxi Mississippi, and being with family and friends. Oh Yeah and watching ALABAMA FOOTBALL "ROLLTIDE'! He was preceded in death by both parents Katie Corbitt and Clayton Thomas; one brother ,Jerry A. Corbitt, two sisters: Katherine Bush and Pearlie C. Pitts, and one brother -in-law , Willie Earl Vickers, and a close friend Patricia Corbitt. His memories will forever be cherished by three sons: Steven (Monsella) Tullis, Don Bowick, and Dwight Walker; two daughters:Michelle Tullis(Tristan) Bedford and Mary Janae Hawkins; siblings Jerome M. (Jeaneen) Griggs, Sabrina C. Vickers, Kathleen C.(Steve) Poke, Mary D. (Johnny) Davis, Sylvia C. (Detrick) Roberson, Raymond (Lovey) Thomas, and Curtis (Catherine) Thomas; grandchildren:Stephen Tullis, Stevont'e Tullis, Stephon Tullis, Martavis Tullis, Chasity (Attrick) Dawsey, ShaquoriaTullis,Infiniti Tullis, Taneshae Critten, and Shakeemia Bedford; special granddaughter, Courtney(EJ) Ford; two special nieces: Tomorrow Bush and Chaka Corbitt; best friend, Buford McNealy Hommer,special nephew, BufordJr. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends .
