Rosa Mae Walker

Ms. Rosa Mae Walker was born on January 14, 1946 in Houston County. SHe departed this Earthly life on February 3, 2024 at the age of 78 years old.

Ms. Rosa Mae dedicated her life to Christ at an early age and became a member of Oakey Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Ashford Alabama. She dedicated her life to Christ and joined Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church in Ashford Alabama.

Ms. Rosa Mae was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Willie Earl Shaw and Mrs. Minnie Mae Kilgore; one sister, Sarah Pittman; two brothers, James Walker and Willie Earl Leonard.

She leaves to cherish her memories, four sons: James Earl (Willa) Shaw of Webb Alabama, Robert (Cassandra) Shaw, David Shaw both of Dothan, Alabama, and Fredrick Shaw of Ashford, Alabama ; four sisters, Linda (Eddie) Corbett, Carolyn Glover of Headland Alabama, Vivian Cacho of Tallahassee Florida and Betty Shaw of Miami Florida; two brothers, Charles (Becky) Kilgore of Columbus, Georgia and Homer Kilgore of Dothan Alabama; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; special friends, Patricia Carroll, Ellen Graham, Bobbi Jo Stokes, Gloria Durry and Eva Redding
