Rosalyn Nanette Lee McCarter Cole, age 43, departed this life unexpectantly on August 1, 2019.

Rosalyn was born March 26, 1976 to the late Willie C. McCarter Jr and Louise McCarter. She was a 1995 graduate of Ashford High School. Rosalyn was employed at Southeast Health until her passing for 18 years. The last 8 months she was a PCT on the Behavioral Medicine Unit prior to that She worked on the 3East Oncology Unit where she took such pride in taking care of her cancer patients and their families as if they were her very own family. Her greatest Joy and accomplishment was being an excellent mom to her two babies Jalen and Imani.

Rosalyn was preceded in death by her father Willie C. McCarter Jr; maternal grandmother, Willie P. Snell and paternal grandfather, Willie C. McCarter Sr.

She leaves to cherish her children Jalen and Imani and their father Terrell Cole; mother, Louise McCarter of Ashford, AL; six sisters: Peggy Jackson of Ashford, AL, LaRhonda (Vincent) Barber of Dothan, AL, Angela (Cedric) Brown Kinsey, AL, April McCarter of Ashford, AL, Tonyetta (Eric) Vickers of Headland, AL, Marquita McCarter of Dothan, AL; one brother, Brandon McCarter of Orlando, FL; paternal grandmother, Willie B. Cook of Ashford, AL; four special nieces: Jakelia, Britney, Veneshia, and Daisha; three special nephews: Damian, D’Ryan, and D’Ryus and a host of other relatives and friends
