Tammy Michelle Pledger

Tammy Michelle Pledger was born on June 7, 1970 to the late Bobbyeay Norman & Wilbert Richardson Sr. She began her life in Monroeville, AL & continued that life with her five children.

She found residence in Dothan, AL at the age of 29 where she met & shared her life with husband William Pledger for 17 years. Tammy had a big heart & loving spirit, she made everyone grow to love her no matter what. She was known as the neighborhood Mom & Nana & was instrumental in the rearing of her younger sister, Dennia Banks, cousins, Alfonso (Sharon) Adams, Arthur D. Adams, & her grandchildren (34).

She rededicated her life back to God on February 5, 2020 & now resides in Heaven with her parents, eldest son Myron, grandmother, Clara Babe Stallworth, & cousin Seretha K. Doyle.

She will forever be cherished by her husband, William Pledger; children the late Myron George, Tyra Lyons, Daniel George, Kendall George, Devin McMiller, Donavon Ray, Enrubia Pledger, EnRasmin Pledger all of Dothan, AL; Raven George & devoted grandson, Ty'Kerese Cauley of Savannah, GA, Kevis (Mackenzie) Pledger of Columbus, GA; her siblings: Fredrick (Barbara) Flories, Elizabeth Watson, Barbarella (John) Finney, Wilbert (Gwen) Richardson Jr. all of Monroeville, AL, Joyce Dale of Dothan, AL, and Dennia George Banks of Walls, MS, and a host uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended children, in laws, and friends especially Sandra "Pumpkin" (Big Wayne) Johnson & Brenda Barner.
