Mrs. Virginia Ann Bulger, a resident of Abbeville, AL departed this life on Wednesday October 14, 2015. She was 77.      Funeral service will be Saturday October 24, 2015 at New Hope Freewill Baptist Church (Co. Rd. 31 Abbeville, AL) at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Eddie L. Baker officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.      Visitation will be Friday October 23, 2015 from 5-7 P.M. at New Hope Freewill Baptist Church
