William Allen Blane

William Allen Blane was born on July 15, 1956, to the late William and Ophelia Blane in Dothan Alabama.

William enjoyed laughing, joking, and being the ultimate grill master. He never meet a stranger, picking up many extra kids and grandkids along the way. He lived by the motto, "If you love them, I love them too."

William served in the United States Air Force and always had plenty of stories to share. He never missed an opportunity to share his knowledge and wisdom.

William worked at Dothan Glass Company 40 years before retiring. William was a devoted husband, a dedicated father, and a loving grandfather. He leaves to cherish his memory his beautiful wife of 44 years, Gerrie Blane; his son, Douglas Blane; his daughter, April Blane; and grandchildren, Tyson Eggleston, Kara Eggleston, Alec Blane, Ashlynn Blane, Ashlee Blane, along with many dear friends and relatives
