Willie Davenport

Willie Hudson Davenport was born April 18,1946 to the late Johnny B. Davenport and Ruthie (Ross) Davenport of Troy, AL.

He attended Pike County Public School and married Winnie Neal in 1965. He always worked hard for his family. He held jobs at Newell Construction, Farley Nuclear Plant, Dothan Motors and was a Certified Mechanic.

He was preceded in death by his brothers: Johnny Howard, Robert Lee, Gary, and Johnny Ray Davenport; sisters Rachel Grubbs, Alfoyer M. Riley, Gracie P. Morris, Jessie L. Rhodes, and true best friend James Turner.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories to Willie Hudson Davenport (Misty) of Pensacola, FL.

Long, Elijah E.Zinnerman all of Birmingham, AL., Analya Janaii Davenport of Johnstown Pennsylvania. Tripp C. Davenport of Dothan, AL. Surviving siblings: Johnny A. Davenport (Cheryl), Gail Davenport both of Dothan, AL., Johnny L.  Davenport of Dayton, Ohio, Courtney Lee Davenport (Martha),  Ruthie Davenport all of Troy, AL., Annie V. Goldsmith of Tampa, FL., and Sandra K. Davenport of Marietta, GA a host of nieces, nephews, family, relatives, and friends.
