Willie C Teague

Willie C. Teaguie fondly known as W. C. was born August 22, 1936 to the late Calmetta and Tammie Teague of Columbia, AL.

He met and married the love of his life the late Lois Anthony Teague and together they raised one daughter, two grandchildren, five great grandchildren, five great– great grandchildren. He was a faithful member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in Columbia, AL for several years. He was a very well respected member here at Macedonia. On June 21, 2023, God called a good, honest, and well respected man home, and said “Job Well Done!”

W.C. was also preceded in death by one daughter: Laura Ann Teague; Two brothers: Tommy Teague, and Henry Teague; Two brother– in-laws: Travis Anthony, and Joe Anthony.

W.C. Teague leaves to cherish his memories: One daughter Kathy Teague of Utica, New York; Two grandchildren: Katrina Teague, and La Tonia (Rodney) Johnson-Speigner both of Montgomery, AL; Five great grandchildren: Jequann (Brittany) McCree, Akira Shorter, and Alan “Lee” Shorter, and Winter Storm Oliver all of Dothan, AL. and Kristasha Lee of Colombus, GA; Five great-great grandchildren: Junior, Aiden, Chansen, and Baby McCree and Mari; One sister: Addie Mae Buzz of Columbia, AL. Three sisters-in-law: Louise (John) Thomas of Ashford, AL. Alice Ware and Maella Barber, both of Ozark, AL. Two brothers-in-law: Otis (Christa) Anthony, and Buddy Anthony.  Along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and life long friends
